About the programme
The Boot Camp turns AfCFTA awareness into enterprise capability.
The agreement matters, but execution is where value is created. This programme helps participants identify regional opportunities, understand the systems that govern trade, and build strategies that can move across borders in practice.

Month 2
Trade facilitation and cross-border execution
You leave Month 2 knowing how to actually move goods and services across African borders, from customs systems and documentation to digital trade, payments, and compliance.
Month 3
Regional value chains and market-entry strategy
You leave Month 3 with a mapped regional value chain, a shortlist of sector-specific opportunities, and the early structure of your market-entry strategy.
Month 4
From strategy to export-ready action
You leave Month 4 with a complete export plan, a 90-day implementation roadmap, a tested pitch, and entry into the Ignite Africa Pan-African Network.
